Anti-Corrosion Surface Treatments for LSAW Pipe

 

3PE Coating (Three-Layer Polyethylene) Widely used for buried oil, gas, and water transmission pipelines, providing excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, and soil environments.
FBE Coating (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) Suitable for oil & gas pipelines, water pipelines, and harsh environments, offering strong adhesion and chemical resistance.
3PP Coating (Three-Layer Polypropylene) Designed for higher-temperature pipeline applications where greater thermal resistance is required.
Internal Epoxy Lining Applied to the internal surface of water and fluid transportation pipes to prevent internal corrosion and reduce friction.

 

LSAW Pipe End Treatments

 

Plain Ends (PE) Suitable for welding and general pipeline applications.
