• LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded) pipe-also known as straight-seam submerged arc welded steel pipe-is manufactured from a single wide, thick steel plate using the JCOE or UOE forming process followed by double-sided submerged arc welding. Characterized by short weld seams and high dimensional precision, it is the mainstream high-pressure pipe used for major urban trunk lines and long-distance water transmission projects.

• Progressive Cold-Forming & DSAW Process: Our LSAW water pipes are produced from high-purity structural steel plates cold-formed into circular cylinders. The straight seam is welded internally and externally using multi-wire submerged arc technology. The straight weld seam undergoes minimal residual manufacturing stress and allows 100% volumetric non-destructive testing (NDT).
• Full-Length Mechanical Cold Expansion: Post-welding, 100% of our LSAW pipes undergo mechanical cold expansion. This process stress-relieves the steel body, corrects minor ovality, and enforces exceptionally tight outer diameter (OD) and wall thickness tolerances for fast field assembly.
• Non-Toxic Protective Linings & Coatings: Clean water conveyance mandates high water quality standards. Our pipes are lined internally with food-grade liquid epoxy or cement mortar linings to prevent tuberculation and maintain water purity over long distances.
