A: Yes, we fully cooperate with SGS, BV, TÜV and other global inspection bodies for dimension, mechanical and NDT witness tests.

Q: What is your MOQ and standard delivery length for EN 10219 HSS?

A: Our minimum order quantity is 25 tons. Standard factory lengths are 6m and 12m, and we support free custom cutting to any required length. Mixed sizes can be loaded in one container to meet small-batch demands.

Q: How long is your production lead time?

A: Common sizes S235/S355 cold formed tubes are in stock with 3-7 days delivery. Custom large-size, thick-wall or hot-dip galvanized orders take 15-25 working days based on order volume.

Q: Can EN 10219 HSS replace hot finished EN 10210 pipes directly?

A: Not for all projects. EN 10219 cold formed tubes have looser wall thickness tolerance and slightly lower low-temperature toughness. We suggest EN 10210 for heavy-load bridges and extreme cold regions; EN 10219 works better for curtain walls, factory frames and light structures with cost advantages.
