Manufactory Process
- ERW = Electric Resistance Welded (with High-Frequency Resistance Welding, or HFW, being the mainstream method): Steel strip is formed into shape, and the seam is fused using high-frequency current. This process allows for continuous mass production at a lower cost than seamless pipe, and the weld seam strength can match that of the base metal.

Q: What is the difference between S235 and S355 RHS? Which one should I choose?
A: S355 has higher tensile & yield strength. Under the same load requirement, S355 adopts thinner wall thickness to cut your total material cost. S235 is enough for ordinary guardrails & greenhouses; S355 is recommended for factory frames, bus station structures and photovoltaic brackets.
Q: What is your normal dimensional tolerance for rectangular tubes?
A: Outer dimension tolerance ±0.05mm, wall thickness tolerance follows standard requirements. Tube straightness and corner radius (2T~3T) are strictly controlled by sizing & straightening machines.
Q: What is your MOQ for export RHS tubes?
A: Our minimum order quantity is 25 tons per batch, which can effectively reduce your unit cost on production, packing and port handling fees.
Q: Can you process bending, drilling and punching on ERW rectangular tubes?
A: Yes, we support secondary deep processing for RHS tubes. We can provide cold bending, hot bending, hole drilling, punching, cutting, chamfering and notching services according to customers' drawings or dimension requirements.
