• High Structural Rigidity & Load Capacity: Integral plate forming process ensures uniform pipe wall thickness and low residual stress. The straight longitudinal weld avoids spiral stress superposition, providing stronger axial and radial load-bearing capacity for foundation piling and large-span structural engineering

• Superior Weld Integrity: Adopt internal and external double-sided submerged arc welding. The weld strength is equal to or higher than the base metal, with dense welding texture, low porosity, and strong crack propagation resistance

• Corrosion & Erosion Resistance: Stable metallurgical structure of the welding zone cooperates with customized anti-corrosion coatings (3PE, FBE, epoxy coating) to resist seawater salinity, chemical medium erosion, and atmospheric aging
