Surface Anti-Corrosion Options for Export
- Bare black varnish: Short-term sea transit anti-rust, low cost
- 3LPE / 3PP external coating: Buried long pipeline standard anti-corrosion (80–300μm thickness)
- FBE fusion bonded epoxy: Single-layer anti-corrosion for desert & coastal salt areas
- Internal epoxy coating: Reduce fluid friction, prevent inner corrosion
- Pipe end protection: Blue/red plastic caps to protect welding bevel during shipment
