Precess And Test
- Cold-formed square and rectangular tubes: Raw material uncoiling → Leveling → Shearing and welding → Storage looper → Forming and rolling → High-frequency welding → Deburring → Sizing and shaping → Cooling → Cutting to length → Straightening → Flaw detection/inspection → Packaging and warehousing.
- Cold-Drawn square and rectangular tubes:Raw material round tube → Heading (tapering) → Pickling, phosphating, and saponification → Cold drawing and forming → Annealing → Straightening → Precision cutting and finishing → Finished product
