Manufacturing process:
- Production method: Mainly hot rolling, with cold expansion allowed (avoid contact of weld seam with the expansion head).
- Delivery condition:
N (normalizing): Suitable for general environment.
Q (quenching + tempering): Enhance strength and toughness.
M (hot mechanical rolling): Optimize comprehensive performance.
Applications:
- Medium and high-pressure gas/oil pipelines (with working pressure up to 20 MPa or above).
- Cross-border long-distance transmission pipelines (adapted to -45℃ low-temperature environment).
- Acidic oil and gas fields (H2S environment needs to comply with NACE MR0175).
- Submarine pipelines (need to pass marine environment certification).
