Objective Product Limitations

- Weld Seam Inspection Requirements: Although the weld seam is stable, long-term high-torsion working conditions require regular non-destructive testing (NDT) of the weld seam to ensure no fatigue cracks.
- Restricted Super-Large Diameter Production: Compared with spiral welded pipes, ERW straight-seam pipes have limitations in super-large diameter specifications, making them unsuitable for individual special ultra-large diameter pile foundation projects.
- Best Applicable Scenarios: Conventional building foundations, bridge pier foundations, port and dock piling, municipal infrastructure, highway viaducts, general marine engineering and medium-load industrial foundation projects.
