The 10 inch steel pipe we supply is based on the standard NPS 10 (DN250), with a fixed outer diameter (OD) of 10.75 inches (273.05 mm) in line with ASME B36.10M, and the inner diameter (ID) varies with the wall thickness (Schedule grade).

• Wall Thickness Grades: Common grades include Sch10, Sch20, Sch30, Sch40 (STD, general standard wall), Sch60, Sch80 (XS, thickened wall), Sch100-Sch160 and XXS. Sch40 is widely used for low-pressure structures, while Sch80 and above are suitable for high-pressure fluid and chemical working conditions.

• Length: Standard length is 20 ft (6.096 m) and 40 ft (12.192 m); customized length (3m-17m) is available according to your project requirements.

• End Treatment: Plain end, bevelled end (in line with ASME B16.25), grooved end and threaded end (with coupling) are optional, and plastic end caps are provided for rust prevention during transportation

• Main Materials:
  Carbon steel (ASTM A106 Gr.B, ASTM A53 Gr.B, API 5L X42/X52, Q235, Q345),
  stainless steel (304/316 for corrosive media),
  alloy steel (for high temperature and high pressure working conditions);
  carbon steel is the most cost-effective option, with excellent weldability and machinability.

• Manufacturing Processes:

  Seamless Steel Pipe: No welds, high pressure resistance and fatigue resistance, suitable for high temperature, high pressure and oil-gas transportation projects.

  ERW Welded Steel Pipe: High production efficiency, lower cost than seamless pipes, suitable for low-pressure structures and general fluid transportation, with OD range of 21.3mm-660mm and WT range of 0.5mm-16.3mm.

  Spiral Welded Steel Pipe (SSAW): Large diameter and thick wall, suitable for long-distance pipelines and large-scale construction projects, with OD range of 219.1mm-3000mm and WT range of 5mm-30mm.

• Surface Treatment: Optional black pipe (anti-rust oiled), hot-dip galvanized (HDG, zinc layer 220-260g/m², strong corrosion resistance), epoxy painting, FBE coating and 3PE coating, which can be selected according to the use environment.

• Quality Inspection: All pipes are subject to strict inspection, including material certificate (MTC), dimension and wall thickness detection, water pressure test, ultrasonic/eddy current/radiographic (RT) non-destructive testing; for special working conditions, HIC anti-hydrogen induced cracking test is available, and EN 10204-3.1 certificate can be provided.
